Tuesday’s Technical Tip-Multiple Email Signatures
It seems pretty commonplace for people to have multiple email accounts. You can customize each of your accounts to include unique signatures. Start in Mail>Preferences. You will see all of your accounts on the left side of the window. Highlight which one you want to customize. Check “+”. Then click in the content window and type what you would like each of your emails for that account to say at the end. You can also drag photos to your signature from iPhoto. Just make sure when you are about to send an email that you check to make sure the correct signature is selected. So now my professional emails end in a professional tone and my personal emails, well, not so much!
