By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you engage Infinite Simplicity for services, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us — these terms cover your use of the website itself and the general basis on which we do business.
Our services
Infinite Simplicity provides technology consulting and implementation services — including fractional CTO leadership, networking, VoIP, cloud integration, secure wireless, CRM, ERP, MDM, web design, and custom development — to small and medium businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Simplicity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
